She brought him to her home in Swissvale and called the Animal Rescue League to report it. When Katherine called them in the course of her investigations they told her a dog of that description was found and gave her the contact info, so we got Ronan back that way from a wonderful "good Samaritan" willing to pick up and house a strange dog until the owner (us) could be found.
