Shawn Carter from Councilman Reverend Ricky Burgess’s office has passed on this invitation to a community meeting regarding a new mobile crisis unit for Western Psychiatric in the old beer world off Penn on N. Braddock.

As I understand it would be only for very short term/emergency treatment (including overnight stays) for  patients.
