His name is Hernan "Air-non" and he is a pomeranian. He weighs about 9 pounds and is tan. He ran out around 6 pm this evening and has not been seen since. One neighbor said that she thinks she saw him around that time following two other dogs that were with their owner so I am hoping someone has taken him home to care for. It is very important I find him soon...he needs seizure medicine each evening and is on a special diet (people food can kill him.) Anyway, I am willing to give a reward.
