Annual Meeting: Discover Frick Park!

Join us for our annual community meeting – the topic this year is Frick Park. Do you need clarity on the leash laws for dogs in the park? Interested in what the brand new Environmental Center has to offer? Want to meet neighbors who are organizing fun activities in the park? Learn a little about the history of this unique – and giant – urban park. At over 600 acres, there is plenty for everyone to do.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday September 21, 2016 at the Waverly Church Social Hall (on the “high” corner of the intersection of Forbes and Braddock). Doors open at 6:45. Meeting will start at 7pm. Light refreshments will be served.

In addition to Frick Park, we will also be casting votes for the Greater Park Place Neighborhood Association Board. We are always looking for people interested in serving on the board, so if you have a particular issue that is near and dear to your heart and you think it would benefit Park Place….why not join the board? Meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday. In order to qualify as candidate, you must live or own a business within the Park Place borders. Contact info@parkplaceblog.com with questions.
