| Community Design Center of Pittsburgh The CDCP created the RenPlan® program to help Pittsburgh-area homeowners get effective planning advice from design professionals. Any homeowner in the Pittsburgh region is eligible for the service, which includes the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a design professional to discuss the homeowner's renovation plans.For a fee of $150 the program matches an architect, landscape architect, or interior designer who will conduct a personal design consultation at their home. Consultants provide professional advice to help get renovation planning off to the right start. A RenPlan® program consultant can discuss important issues such as:* Potential structural improvements and modifications* Materials* Paint colors* Historical integrity* Landscaping* Range of probable costs |

| Jennifer Butera’s Iyengar Inspired Yoga Classes Small (6-8 students) group yoga classes in home studio. The classes are iyengar inspired with attention to alignment and detail. Both active and restorative classes are offered. Private instruction is also provided which focuses on the therapeutic and rehabilitative aspects of yoga. |
| Park Place Arts Center The Park Place Arts Center is a neighborhood-based art center established in June of 2008 in a three-story house at 207 Franklin Avenue, Wilkinsburgin, in the Park Place neighborhood. Our goal is to bring new cultural energy to Wilkinsburg, the greater Pittsburgh region, and the world by providing contemporary art events that push the boundaries of art on a monthly basis. We hold art classes for children and adults by appointment and grow a community garden. |
